USTA League Super Senior
Tired of playing someone 20 years younger than you! Are you going to be at least 60 this year? If so, come play in the Super Senior League. This is a league that has been developed to offer competitive play for all players 60 and older. The league is made up of two sub-leagues: Super Senior 60’s and Super Senior 70’s. Each league offers doubles play for both men and women. Local winners get the opportunity to compete at the state level and the winners at the state advance on to the sectional championship.
Season: Begins August-October Registration: July & August Format: Teams are made up of 3 men or women's doubles teams Level of play:
- Super Senior 60's – 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5
- Super Senior 70's – 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0
State Championship: October 29-31, 2010 ~ Pinehurst Sectional Championship: December 3-5, 2010 ~ Hilton Head, SC
National Championship: 3.0, 4.0 ~ April 14-17, 2011 ~ Surprise, AZ
3.5, 4.5 ~ April 28 - May 1, 2011 ~ Surprise, AZ
