What is Tennis Weekend? Tennis Weekend began in the 1970s to allow a time for all of North Carolina’s tennis population to come together. Traditionally, meetings are held for the tennis professionals, tournament directors, USTA North Carolina Committees, NC Tennis Foundation Board of Directors and the USTA North Carolina Board of Directors. The Annual meetings of the USTA North Carolina and the North Carolina Tennis Foundation are held at this event. This year we will again have a vendor show. Vendors may register HERE.

HALL OF FAME DINNER (Saturday night, January 31, 2026, 6pm)
The culmination of the weekend is the NC Tennis Hall of Fame dinner and induction ceremony. Going into our NC Tennis Hall of Fame will be the Class of 2026: John Isner, Allen Farfour and Brian Kalbas. Click here for details on the 2026 Inductees.

Hotel Reservation: To take advantage of our incredible hotel rate ($279 for single or $169 for double occupancy) please use this Room Reservation link The group code is 112231 and the password is 17987730 (OR CALL THE HOTEL AT 855.235.8507 and say you are with NC Tennis). After December 30, 2025, all room rates are subject to increase AND/OR you may not be able to stay at the Resort properties, so please make your plans before December 30, 2025! You must use the above link or call the hotel to secure a room reservation at the Carolina Hotel or other properties on the resort. The hotel reserves the right to place our guests at other locations in the resort once the Carolina is full. Please note the Volunteer Support Policy. NCTF Board of Directors, USTA North Carolina Board of Directors, Committee Members, Tournament Directors, Teaching Professionals and all attendees will ALL need to also fill out a Tennis Weekend Main Registration Form. Your guests are NOT required to fill out a separate form but will need to be accounted for and paid for in your meal reservations. The registration form will indicate the total amount owed for meals and you may pay through the reservation portal.
